  • Your account will be immediately suspended and permanently removed from our platform.
  • You will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the amount paid.
  • We reserve the right to report serious violations to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

4. Payments, Refunds & Third-Party Services

All Sales Final: Unless otherwise stated or required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Payment Processors: We use third-party services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for payments. Transactions are subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for any disputes related to their services.

Disputed Charges: If you believe a charge is incorrect, notify us within thirty (30) days.

5. No Guarantees on Course Results

Your success in voiceover depends on multiple factors, including effort, skill, and industry demand. We do not guarantee specific results, employment, or income.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

Course Materials: All content (videos, text, logos, etc.) are owned by VoiceOver ABC’s. You cannot copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

User Content: If you post comments, testimonials, or other content on our site, you give us permission to use it in promotions. However, you are responsible for what you post.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide quality services, but we are not responsible for:

Force Majeure Clause

If such events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to restore services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable international laws.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a dispute, contact us first. If we cannot resolve it, disputes will be settled through arbitration instead of court.

No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes individually, by working directly with the course administrators to resolve any disputes, and not as part of any legal or class action.

9. Account Suspension & Data Retention

Termination Rights: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for an extended period of three (3) years or thirty-six (36) months from the date of registration may be deleted.

Notification: Account holders will be notified thirty (30) days prior to their account deletion via the email they provided upon registration.

Data Retention: If your account is terminated, we may retain your data for legal or business purposes.
